Cancellations / Shortened Stay


  • As a small hotel, with limited rooms, it is extremely difficult to receive last minute changes or cancellations for rooms reserved. 
  • We often turn potential guests away while holding a room for a guest.  
  • Any changes to a reservation must be made PRIOR to Seven (7) days before check-in.  
  • Should you cancel, or shorten your stay WITHIN Seven (7) days of arrival, the guest is responsible for all nights reserved.  
  • NO REFUNDS - once Final Payment has been received.
  • We HIGHLY recommend Travel Insurance to protect your travel investment in case of sudden Medical Emergency, Family Crisis, Weather/Travel issues, Cancelled Flights or Acts of God occur.
